HOME CHILDCARE SUPPORT & NANNY SERVICES IN VICTORIA, IN BRITISH COLUMBIA AND OTHER REGIONS OF CANADA

While fulfilling the responsibilities of one's job, taking care of children can become challenging. Our Victoria-based firm, Tender Care Immigration Services Ltd, has you covered with trustworthy home childcare support and nanny services. We are pleased to assist individual families and individual employers.


Our in-house Consultant (Maxima Emma Cusi), a recognized member of the Immigration Consultant of Canada Regulatory Council, is authorized to represent employers and offer advice. We enable foreign caregivers to legally look after children in a private residence when Canadians and permanent residents are not available.


Our home childcare providers and nannies help parents with their children's general well-being, physical development and social development. They also offer housekeeping skills.

OUR NANNY SERVICES

We connect you with live-in and live-out nannies who look after children in comfortable and secure home environments, which may be their residence or yours. They may be self-employed or hired by private households and childcare agencies. Foster parents are included in this unit group.

The duties of our nannies include:

Performing other housekeeping work.
Teaching children personal hygiene.
Supervising and caring for children in the employer's or their own home.
Bathing, clothing and feeding babies and young children.
Preparing nutritious formulas for infants and changing diapers.
Planning, preparing and serving children's meals, and monitoring their activities and rest periods.
Maintaining a stable and balanced home environment for the child.
Taking care of children's emotional well-being and encouraging their social development.
Disciplining children according to the methods considered ideal by the parents.
Organizing fun events such as sports, interactive games, crafts, reading and outings.
Accompanying children to and from school and other appointments.
Keeping records of the child’s everyday activities and health information.

HIRING A HOME CHILDCARE PROVIDER

If you have made reasonable efforts to find a Home Childcare Provider in the current labour market, you could hire a foreign home childcare provider.

 

There are two options:

Option 1: hiring inside Canada
You may apply for a Labour Market Impact Assessment for a foreign home childcare provider if they are already working temporarily in Canada.
Option 2: hiring outside Canada
If the home childcare provider you wish to hire is outside Canada, then you may give a temporary job offer for two years with a pathway for permanent residence.
